你看看 能否 单独 create 一个expense 的新 Region, 记录所有和 Moxon 有关的 expense
这个需要 在 XERO， 和 HVLV 打通（你具体可以和 Christina讨论， 之前是她和jack 设置）
- 包括昨天的 Moxon Rent （第一个月）
- 这个insurance
- 之后还会有insurance
- 之前的 律师费（还有其他 的 agent fee）
因为这个费用，我们都是需要单独登记， 不要把这个expense 和我们TLA 正常的混进去了
