就是之前有个RTS要重派是收件人付的重派费， 然后我说不能从客户端操作重派，因为不要收中国客人重派费。你说有重派地址给你， 就是下面这个case， 最好能做成仓库一样扫旧单号出重派新单号贴上发走的标准操作方式。谢谢
