你看有没有可能api和excel加多一个木箱包装的选项
默认是留空就是NO， 不打木箱
有木箱再标YES
如果有打木箱，就跳过toll不出单， 找其他available的选项，如果渠道只有toll，就报错no couier available 原因是因为“木箱“. |

同样 做UB的地方，根据不同的Depot，空海运类型。给几个预设值的drop down
而且，请把空运UB的默认值根据提单号（或者airline代码个一个初始的depot, 比如 如果是空，SYD，160，预设值就是 Menzies后台UB代码GF70E）
如此我们对操作要求就可以越来越低了。出错也少
要不我们做个bond code数据库吧？就跟这里drop down用？某个code可选用于 空/海. 可选用于 哪个port 目前两级应该够了吧. |
