新做一个仓库扫货自动分配系统：
1. 吧SYD 空运 waiting for wh scan的console， 按照既定逻辑（待细讨论）自动分配到各个组上
2. 定义每个组里组员的组成
3. 组员的login能看到自己当前需要处理的mawb清单，以及完成度

1. 目前分A/B/C/D四组， 可以由管理员指定四组人员里成员组成（含一个leader，每组暂定可以有max 5个人）
2. 推到WH scan的货按照推去的节点， 在每天7am-2pm的到货中，DP的货物给B租，其他客人货物给到A组。2pm-7am到货， DP的货物给到D组， 其他客人给到C组
3. 每组排队货物满4吨的话，新进来的货物安排给同期隔壁组
4. 该组成员checkinlist里， 该组应该做的货物置顶。若list里50%的货物还没扫完，则不允许扫其他不在list里的货物. |
