outturn改进:
1. 在扫描枪checkin页面,加多一个outturn(或finish)button,按了以后需要提示确认再执行, 按button时必须有输入提单号, 但是barcode可以为空
2. 当仓库扫完按finish button时, 系统从wh scan页推去airout页,并触发发outturn (或者等晚上自动批量触发outturn)
3.checkin扫描页面每个MAWB统计下再加多一行finish:yes or no 提醒按这个button
4. 且当按了这个button以后, 空运扫货数字才会计入上方KPI中, (不影响每票货物剩余待scan票数记录)
5. 每天晚上系统统计当天有扫过货的（console里当天checkin 至少5票），但没有outurn记录的console，以及发了outturn但被reject的list （两部分list 放一个email里发），这个email发给op4 op michelle franky carmen levi. |
